Twice-Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 good sized potatoes
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
- oil up the potatoes. put in 400 degree oven for 90 minutes.
- cut potatoes in half lengthwise. scoop out most of potatoes. mix with sour cream, green onions, melted butter, half of cheese.
- scoop back into potato skins and top with remaining cheese.
- put back in oven for 15 minutes or so.
