- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 12-oz pkg spaghetti
- pound chicken breasts to about 3/8 inch thickness. for each breast, drudge through flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Pan fry both sides in oil until golden brown.
- place on cookie tray, cover with red pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- with about 10 minutes left, make spaghetti.
